Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy Effective Date: 1 September 2026 At Awde Organic Foods, we source and supply authentic Ghanaian and locally available food groceries to customers in Ghana and internationally. We carefully shop, prepare and package your order before arranging delivery to your chosen destination. 1. Shipping Within Ghana We offer delivery to customers within Ghana through our delivery partners and riders. When your order arrives, you must check the contents of the package with the delivery rider before accepting the order and taking it into your home. Please: Open and check the package in the presence of the rider. Confirm that the items you ordered are included. Check for any obvious damage or missing items. Report any missing items to Awde Organic Foods immediately while the rider is present. This allows us to address any problem promptly. 2. International Shipping We ship selected Ghanaian and local food groceries to customers outside Ghana.
